Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
If you wish to make your purchase refundable, check the option on the payment page. Please note that there is an additional fee to purchase this insurance policy.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting MRP by email at tickets@mouseriverplayers.com with the details for your exchange.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Mouse River Players Community Theatre).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
